When four brothers and sisters are evacuated to the country during the war, they discover a wardrobe porthole that leads to a land of adventure. Upon meeting Mr and Mrs Beaver, the kids are told to join Aslan (the lion) in his crusade to reclaim Narnia from the White Witch.
